Camp Rules
Cell Phone Policy:
A fundamental value of camp is the opportunity to create positive human relationships and enjoy personal interactions. While phones and other electronic devices are valuable for many uses, our experience has been that they interfere with relationships and interactions. Therefore, campers are not permitted to bring any cell phones or other electronic devices with them to camp. Those that need technology to navigate their way to camp will be able check their phones in upon arrival. Campers found using a device during the week, will have it collected by a counselor and returned at the end of the week.
We understand some campers are enrolled in a summer school course requiring the use of technology will need to bring technology. They will be asked to check devices in when they arrive and coordinate class completion time with the director(s). In the event that a parent needs to relay a message to their child during camp, they are able to do so through direct contact with the director(s). In addition, we will be posting regularly on social media, so be sure to follow us. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
